WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

INITIAL ASSESMENT

- Once we have set dates in the diary, we will spend your first session to map your goals out and do an initial assessment based on your goals. (postural & movement assessment/ body fat percentage/ basic fitness test)

EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT

- Training will be based on building on foundational movement patterns. Ensuring that you are able to do the exercises safely and effectively first before moving onto the next progression. You are training to get stronger, not to get injured. No ego lifting here.

PERSONALISED PROGRAM

- Your program will be custom tailored to match your goals and abilities. You will also be given a plan to work on during the week.

WORK HARD AND SMART

- Nothing will work unless you do! I will be here to guide & keep you accountable as best I can but ultimately you will be rewarded through your own effort and consistency. Ain’t nothing to it but to do it.
